Refund Policy

Terms of Refund and Event Modification

By making a reservation, payment, or registration for any of our events, the user or client expressly and bindingly accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. No-Refund Policy

It is definitively established that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the payment or deposit has been processed. The commitment to attend and the acquisition of the right to the event are firm and irrevocable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Voluntary cancellations, non-attendance, or changes requested by the client will not entitle the user to any type of financial or monetary refund.

2. Protocol for Unforeseen Circumstances and Force Majeure

In the event that the event must be canceled, suspended, or modified due to insurmountable unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or any act of God beyond the organization's control, the amount paid will not be lost. The organization will proceed under the following resolution methods:

• Rescheduling of date: The event will be moved to a new date subject to the organization's availability and calendar.

• Modification of venue: If necessary due to the unforeseen circumstance, the location or venue of the event will be changed to an alternative space that meets the appropriate conditions.
